Role Description This full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role is based in Pompano Beach, FL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including posting and reconciling journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities. Day-to-day tasks include processing invoices, recording payments, updating accounting ledgers, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting the Finance team with data entry and documentation. The role also involves using accounting software to ensure timely, precise bookkeeping, responding to internal inquiries about transactions, and helping maintain compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. The Bookkeeper will collaborate with team members across departments to support smooth financial operations.
