Carpenter – Residential Remodeling
Location: Based in Shippensburg, PA (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Expected Hours: 40–50 per week
Work Location: In-person, typically within 1 hour of Shippensburg

We’re now hiring a Carpenter to take charge of job sites, work alongside a crew member, and help drive each project to success. If you're a hands-on leader with remodeling experience, strong judgment, and pride in your work—this is your opportunity to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead residential remodeling projects including bathrooms, drywall, painting, tile, flooring, cabinetry, roofing, and siding
- Work on-site with a team member and coordinate daily tasks
- Represent the company professionally in front of clients—your leadership sets the tone
- Read and follow blueprints, plans, and job specs with accuracy
- Ensure tools, materials, and labor are coordinated to keep the job on track
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on all job sites
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, real-time solutions
- Conduct walkthroughs with clients and address any concerns
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in residential remodeling (5 years preferred)
- Strong carpentry skills across multiple trades: framing, trim, tile, cabinetry, etc.
- Ability to manage job sites and work closely with other team members
- Blueprint reading and layout experience
- Comfortable managing tools, materials, and job flow independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physically able to lift, carry, and work hands-on
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and solution-minded

What a Typical Day Looks Like:
- Arrive at the job site between 7:30–8:00 AM
- Review daily scope and organize tasks
- Lead hands-on work while guiding a supporting crew member
- Communicate with the client when necessary
- Maintain progress and prep for the following workday
