One Shift Only: 5:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.; Monday - Thursday
Hourly Rate: 18.00 an hour
Pay Day is every Thursday
Heavy MANUAL LABOR
SIGN ON BONUS $1,000.00!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Helps package finished products, to include labeling, filling, stacking, and transporting material.
Cleans drums, pails, and bins.
Maintains housekeeping around the blenders and discards waste in the proper containers. Keeps work area clean of debris and trash.
Follows all Standard Operating Procedures.
Inspects all assigned equipment and reports any defects to the appropriate supervisor.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
Performs other duties as assigned
Pre-Hire Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Read, write, and speak English
Post-Hire Training Requirements:
Environmental training applicable to the job
Safety training for applicable equipment
Job instructional training
Quality system (ISO 9001) familiarization
ISO 14001 familiarization, which includes understanding significant environmental aspects and knowing EMS program objectives and targets
OHSAS 45001 familiarization, which includes learning hazards and risks
Training on forklift and hoist operation
Physical Requirement and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand up to 4(four) hours at a time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 55 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position may involve the handling of hazardous and industrial wastes.
