Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive flight test plans.
* Coordinate flight test activities, including test range scheduling and planning.
* Collect, process, and analyze test data.
* Ensure compliance with applicable Army flight test regulations and standards.
* Participate in Technical Interface Meetings (TIM), Program Reviews, Test Integration Working Groups (TIWG), and System Safety Working Groups (SSWG).
* Support aerial flight testing in a Flight Test Engineering capacity.
* Collaborate with engineering, safety, and program management teams to support system integration efforts.
* Perform administrative and logistical support activities as required.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
* Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
* Minimum 15 years of experience supporting military rotary-wing aircraft.
* Minimum 10 years of military or commercial aviation experience.
* Minimum 10 years supporting Special Operations Aviation programs.
* Minimum 5 years of experience planning and conducting flight tests.
* Minimum 3 years of experience supporting the Defense Acquisition process.
* Active DoD Secret Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance.
* U.S. Citizenship is required.
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting one or more of the following platforms:
* A/MH-6
* MH-47
* MH-60
* MQ-1
