Job Description:
Responsibilities Include:
* Structuring, negotiating, and executing a broad array of financing transactions, including sponsor-led acquisition financings, fund finance, special situations, and distressed lending matters.
* Leading deal teams through all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including origination, documentation, negotiation, and closing.
* Drafting and negotiating complex loan documentation such as credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor and subordination agreements, control agreements, and guarantees.
* Collaborating with cross-practice attorneys and advising clients on risk allocation, compliance, and market trends.
* Supporting workouts, restructurings, and debtor-in-possession financings when applicable.
Skills and Certifications:
*Large AMLAW 100 law firm experience
*Excellent academic credientials
*Strong Background Middle Market Finance
Candidate Details:
*5 to 7 years experience
