In this highly visible leadership role, you'll oversee store operations, logistics, inventory flow, and operational excellence while partnering cross-functionally to drive consistency, performance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a multi-location retail operation across the United States.
- Provide leadership and coaching to Store Managers and the Operations Supervisor.
- Drive operational execution, customer service, safety, and compliance.
- Optimize logistics, inventory management, and supply chain performance.
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Safety, Training, Pricing, and other business leaders to execute strategic initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational efficiency and the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 8 years of progressive operations, logistics, or supply chain leadership experience.
- Experience leading multi-site retail, distribution, or field operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and process improvement.
- Financial acumen with experience managing operational metrics and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
