Bestcare is seeking a Chinese-speaking Registered Nurse (RN) to support the development of our Chinese-speaking Home Health Aide (HHA) and Personal Care Aide (PCA) Training Program in New York.
This unique opportunity combines clinical leadership, caregiver education, and community impact. The RN Instructor will help train and mentor future caregivers while supporting the growth of culturally competent home care services within New York’s Chinese-speaking community.
Qualifications:
• Current NYS RN License
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Minimum 1 year Home Care/Home Health experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred; Cantonese/Fuzhou a plus)
• Strong communication and teaching skills
Preferred:
• Caregiver training/orientation experience
• HHA/PCA supervision experience
• Familiarity with NYS DOH Home Care regulations
