The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with strong attention to detail and quality orientation. They'll be able to understand and follow instructions accurately, work effectively in a team-oriented environment, and handle paint-like smells and other odors associated with the manufacturing process.
In this role, you'll operate and maintain production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures. You'll also participate in production processes, follow procedures and training methods to ensure efficiency and quality control of our bathing product manufacturing.
We offer competitive wages plus monthly profit share. Our starting pay for this job is $15.50/hour, increasing to at least $16.00/hour within your first 6 months. We also provide a highly desirable work culture, high retention rates, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
