BESTAFF is seeking a Fulfillment Associate.
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately processing, packing, and shipping materials in support of client programs. This role ensures timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and adherence to quality and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment environment.
Payrate: $16.00 hourly
Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM M-F
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to client and specifications
- Verify order accuracy, quantities, and condition prior to shipment
- Label, stage, and prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required
- Follow established quality control, safety, and compliance procedures
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time goals
- Support special projects, kitting, and assembly tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics experience a plus
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs with or without assistance
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment
