We are hiring a dependable Lead Installer for a full-time, year-round position based out of Johnstown, PA. This role includes both leading installations and supporting crew members on residential projects.
Location Requirement
- Must be able to report daily to our shop in Johnstown, PA
- Company vehicles are dispatched from this location
Compensation
- $18–$23/hour (based on experience) overtime
- Structured wage increases every 2 years
- Consistent, full-time schedule
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist installation crews
- Install windows, doors, and exterior products
- Maintain quality and efficiency on job sites
- Work both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Construction or carpentry experience preferred
- Window/door experience is a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated
- Work from ladder/read-use tape measure/work with hand-tools
- Bend coil/metal is preferred but not required.
