Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building interior systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, and mechanical components.
- Conduct repairs using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Maintain facilities equipment including HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical panels, and other building infrastructure.
- Execute maintenance painting, carpentry, and other trades to uphold the facility’s appearance and safety standards.
- Support maintenance painting projects and interior building repairs to enhance the environment’s aesthetics.
- Assist with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities ensuring all tasks meet safety and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.
- Lead or support small maintenance teams during larger projects or emergency repairs as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related roles with knowledge of basic electrical work, basic plumbing, basic carpentry, and basic mechanical systems.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques for residential or commercial settings.
- Mechanical knowledge related to building interior maintenance including painting and carpentry skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration with team members.
