Duties

  • Lead and supervise culinary teams, including chefs, kitchen staff, and service personnel, to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Oversee food production, preparation, and presentation to meet high standards of quality and consistency
  • Manage inventory control, including procurement, stock levels, and waste reduction strategies
  • Develop and implement menu plans that align with brand standards and customer preferences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous sanitation practices across all departments
  • Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and exceptional service delivery
  • Supervise shift management activities, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in banquet management, fine dining, or restaurant management roles with a strong background in food service operations
  • Supervising experience within the food industry, demonstrating effective team leadership and operational oversight
  • Extensive knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety protocols, and kitchen management best practices
  • Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary innovation
  • Strong skills in inventory management, cost control, and food handling procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for hospitality excellence and customer satisfaction
