Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Desk Evening Customer Service Lead for the evening shift. As a Hotel Desk Agent Lead , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and providing exceptional guest experiences. Duties:
- Oversee the front desk operations integrating with guests, Housekeeping and Maintenance during shift, and working with guest arrivals ensuring a superior customer satisfaction during the check in process in the evenings.
- Greet and check-in guests, providing them with a warm welcome and attending to their needs or area activity ideas and similar throughout their stay.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with light night audit duties, including helping reconcile guest payments, accounts, guest reviews and responding to group inquiries with a form letter and agreement template.
- Work with the morning team and help ensuring hotel policies and provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences to include posting payments.
- Assist with managing room inventory and reservations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and security procedure.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality-related role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent phone etiquette , computer and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Shifts available for evenings , including weekends and holidays. Shifts start at 3 PM or may vary during slower months.
