Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to assist with incoming calls and inquiries.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and guest accounts.
- Maintain front desk operations, including managing cash handling procedures and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive image of the property.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
