Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
- Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests using hotel management software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Foster excellent guest relations by offering personalized service, anticipating needs, and creating a welcoming environment in the resort setting.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages are highly desirable; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
