Position Summary

Best Western Hotels & Resorts is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hospitality team. Housekeepers play a vital role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with Best Western brand standards.
• Make beds and change linens and towels.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and countertops.
• Replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, coffee supplies, towels, and tissues.
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards before guest occupancy.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Clean and maintain hallways, stairwells, laundry areas, and other public spaces as assigned.
• Follow all hotel safety procedures, security policies, and infection-control practices.
• Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within established timeframes.
• Assist with laundry duties when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred; experience in a similar cleaning role may be considered.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with guests.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely.
• Must be capable of performing repetitive cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel occupancy levels.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
