Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all bathroom areas are sanitized and well-stocked with amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as hallways, lobbies, and recreational areas
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Follow proper cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold hygiene standards
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning is highly preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques for floors, carpets, and various surfaces
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service principles is a plus
