The Best Western San Marcos Inn is looking for a dependable, hardworking Housekeeper who takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy staying active, and work well as part of a team, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms to Best Western standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all room surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items.
- Stock housekeeping carts and maintain supply closets.
- Help keep public areas clean when needed.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and spend most of the shift standing, bending, and walking.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
