Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
- Develop work schedules for housekeeping team members to meet operational needs while maintaining staff morale
- Address guest requests or complaints promptly, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
- Enforce health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and equipment use
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial settings
- Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or management experience in housecleaning operations
- Expertise in cleaning techniques including floor care, surface sanitation, and specialized industrial cleaning methods
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
