We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly Night Auditor to work two overnight shifts per week. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady part-time work in a welcoming and professional hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during overnight hours
- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions
- Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and respond to guest needs
- Maintain security and safety procedures during overnight hours
- Prepare reports and communicate shift activity to the morning team
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working overnight shifts independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Basic computer skills (experience with hotel software a plus)
