What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance Technician position at Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge?
The Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge in Whitefish, MT is seeking an experienced Maintenance employee to join our team. Our ideal candidate is skilled at performing routine work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment. Common duties in the maintenance position include basic carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks, as well as pool and spa maintenance, general landscaping and snow removal, and safely driving our Guest shuttle. If you do not yet have experience in these areas but are a handy person willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean background check.
- Requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, squatting, kneeling, etc.
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather.
- Be professional and friendly with guests and employees at all times.
- Must be cooperative and willing to do any task needed with a good attitude.
