Helena's Award-Winning Great Northern Hotel is seeking a full time Guest Service Associate. If you are outgoing, friendly, and looking for a fast paced new career opportunity we invite you to apply. Primary responsibilty of this position is to provide exceptional service to our hotel and event guests starting with confirming reservations and throughout their stay with us. The right candidate will be a reliable, multitasker that thrives in a busy customer focused environment. Shifts vary depending on hotel occupancy from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11 or 11am-7pm. Weekends are required on rotation with other team members and based on hotel occupancy. Previous hotel experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right individual. Wage is based on experienced and ability. There is a separate reward program that also provides compensation for enrollments to our Rewards club.
