Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Guest Services Manager role located in Denton, TX. The Guest Services Manager will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. The role includes supervising and supporting front desk staff, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, managing reception tasks, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and standards. The manager will also collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with guests and team members
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including handling reservations and check-ins/check-outs
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous hotel or hospitality management experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
