Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest room, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques
- Conduct detailed floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets.
- Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests’ requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to management
- Follow safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
