What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time / Part Time Night Auditor position at Best Western Plus New Richmond?
We are looking for an independently motivated person to work 11pm-7am full time as night auditor. Strong interpersonal skills are required as you will be dealing with clients at odd hours of the night. Strong computer skills are requested as well. Previous experience is not required but viewed favorably.
Accommodate hotel patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room key cards, transmitting and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests.
*Utilize customer service skills to check in any remaining customers coming in for the day as well as any customers that may walk in overnight.
*Run our audit reports for the hotel, balance individual guest rooms, and hand out receipts for outgoing guests.
*Enforce our policies in regards to noise levels overnight and address any issues that may come up.
*Test pool chemical levels
*Process laundry as needed
*Prepare, set, and serve the breakfast buffet.
*Clean the common areas. This includes, but is not limited to, emptying garbage, public restrooms and mopping
