What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Auditor position at Best Western Plus Lee's Summit Hotel & Suites?
We're currently seeking an organized and experienced Front Desk Night Auditor to join our team. Work hours will be Sunday through Thursday from 10pm to 6am. The Front Desk Night Auditor will be responsible for greeting guests and conducting check-in and check-out procedures, and completing daily reporting functions. The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for running the over night audit process and completing daily checklist to ensure front desk runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone with open availability in order to insure all shift are covered accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Receive payment for services.
- Communicate effectively with guests, other staff members, and management.
- Follow and complete check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain a clean workspace and lobby area.
- Help guest with any requests
- Covering shifts as needed
- Participate in monthly meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
