1. Acknowledges and welcomes guests (Hospitality and heart to serve)
2. Enjoys working in a service-based and hospitality driven environment
3. Previous trade experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pools and spas, landscaping, and general carpentry helpful
4. Problem solver with a mechanical aptitude
5. Organized troubleshooter with attention to details
6. Anticipates needs of the hotel and manages preventative maintenance calendar.
7. Communication with departments (front desk, housekeepers, breakfast attendant, sales manager)
8. Takes pride and ownership for department and working order of amenities.
