Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques to preserve flooring quality.
• Maintain sanitation standards by properly handling waste disposal and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and courteously.
• Support custodial operations by replenishing supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained in excellent condition.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling cleaning routines and coordinating team efforts for larger projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, floor care techniques, and laundry procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment including vacuums, carpet cleaners, mops, buffers, and disinfectants.
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.

Pay: $14.05 - $15.50 per hour
