Hotel Front Desk Agent - PM Shifts - 3-11PM -Part Time or Full Time available

After 60 days of working 30 hours a week, you'll be eligible for health insurance benefits. Tasks:

• Registering guests.

• Assigning guest rooms.

• Taking payments at check-in and check-out.

• Accommodating special requests.

• Ensuring the Guests have a pleasant stay and a smooth check-in/check-out.

• Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.

• Possesses a solid knowledge of the property management system.

• Resolves guests’ complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.

• Ensures customer privacy is protected.

• Documents incidents and relevant shift information with details and appropriately.

• Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Answer multi-line telephone with approved greetings and direct appropriately.

• Familiarity with room types, hotel information, and sales skills to sell accordingly.

• Experience in customer service or hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued and welcomed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, from check-ins to handling guest inquiries.
• Proven track record of maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance in all interactions.
• Familiarity with property management systems to streamline guest registration and room assignments.
• Strong communication skills to effectively resolve guest complaints and accommodate special requests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a supportive work environment.
• Attention to detail in documenting incidents and shift information accurately and promptly.
