Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel facilities, directions, and special requests to enhance their stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
• Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns professionally and resolving issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction.
• Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel's commitment to hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively.
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve an international clientele better.
• Knowledge of hospitality management systems and proficiency in using multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management practices is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality management, or front desk roles is advantageous.
