Position Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during overnight hours while ensuring accuracy in daily financial reporting and maintaining a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently during late-night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and a service‑focused mindset
- Answer and manage phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Complete night audit procedures, including balancing reports and reconciling daily transactions
- Perform all assigned overnight shift duties accurately and on time
- Maintain a secure, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hospitality experience preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn hotel systems
- Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette
- Prior front desk or receptionist experience preferred
- Basic accounting or auditing knowledge is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work independently overnight
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule
- Overnight Night Audit shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekends and holidays are required
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Three (3) professional references required
