- This is a highly responsible full time/part time position who will manage the property's front desk during business hours. You will assure operations are according to our brand standards.
- Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities

Compensation: This is an hourly position.
Essential Functions:
- Full time employees will oversee the front desk, have 33-38 hours a week while Part time employees will have 25-30 hours.
- Sweeping and light bathroom cleaning.
- Need to be comfortable working on computers
- need to be organized and detail oriented
- Give tours to potential guests and be able to close the sale.
- Conduct a PMS system audit and file reports
- Ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.
- Respond to requests from immediate supervisor and will follow –up
- Wash, dry and fold laundry as directed by management.
- Administration of keys.
- Know property emergency procedures.
- Familiarize yourself with area attractions and services in order to accommodate guest's needs.
- Suggest/Sell services and amenities in order to accommodate guest's needs
