What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Best Western Plus Bolivar?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Best Western Plus. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Front Desk Operations: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit nightly reports.
- Maintenance: Ensure hotel security and cleanliness throughout the night.
- Breakfast Prep: Heat and prepare breakfast food, set up the breakfast area, stock all items and supplies, and ensure everything is clean and ready for morning service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
