Hotel Breakfast Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast area to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. All breakfast food is provided by our supplier and prepared using microwave or warming equipment—no cooking experience required.

Hotel operations run 24/7, so flexibility is important. We do our best to maintain a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start breakfast service on time
• Refill and restock the breakfast buffet as needed
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• Assist guests with basic breakfast questions
• Clean and sanitize breakfast area, dining area, and kitchen after service
• Wash dishes and utensils used during breakfast
• Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of storage areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Work weekends, holidays, and cover shifts when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Food handlers card

Qualifications

• Friendly and customer-service oriented
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Previous hotel or food service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Food handlers card

Pay: From $17.13 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 25.0 per week
