Duties

• Set up and replenish buffet stations with fresh food items, ensuring presentation is appealing and meets quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet area, including tables, counters, and serving utensils
• Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly customer service
• Monitor food safety protocols by handling food properly and adhering to health regulations
• Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, condiments, and beverages to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation for buffet offerings
• Clear used dishes and assist with general cleaning duties to uphold a hygienic environment

Experience

• Prior restaurant serving preferred; training will be provided
• Years of experience working in customer service settings is a plus
• Background in hospitality or catering enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary guidelines is advantageous
