Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and attentive Hotel Front Desk Clerk specialized in Night Audit to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. Your expertise in hotel management, guest services, and multilingual communication will help uphold our reputation for exceptional hospitality. As a Night Audit specialist, you will also oversee the nightly financial reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and security while maintaining high standards of customer service and guest relations.
Everyone starts at minimum wage and after 90 days we can evaluate your proformance and attendance as both are very important for this job.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and services.
- Conduct nightly audits by reviewing financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring all data is accurate for the next day’s operations.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain excellent guest relations to foster loyalty.
- Monitor security procedures at the front desk area, including CCTV surveillance and access control to ensure safety for guests and staff.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs promptly during overnight hours.
