Duties
- Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning tasks and handle cleaning supplies responsibly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special sanitation procedures during peak times or special events
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques for various surfaces including carpet, tile, and hardwood
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
