Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel management software
- Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Handle reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Process guest check-outs promptly while managing billing, payments, and night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy
- Respond swiftly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and property management system entries for seamless operations
- Support guest relations by providing personalized service that enhances their overall experience at the hotel
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests confidently
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries via phone and in person
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting
- Previous hotel experience or resort background is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
