Best Western Maritime Inn is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Operate phone systems to answer calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
- Complete laundry task, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, welcoming lobby.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests.
Shift Information:
- We're hiring for all front desk shifts! 1st shift: 8AM-3PM, 2nd shift: 3PM-11PM, 3rd shift: 11PM-8AM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 38 per week
