Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation processing using multi-line phone systems
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest accommodations
• Handle guest relations by resolving issues promptly and courteously, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Support night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to enhance future service delivery

• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems
• Ability to handle guest complaints diplomatically while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
