We are currently seeking a customer‑focused, energetic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. Experience with Marriott, IHG, or Best Western brands is a plus—but not required. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed!

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming experience
- Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations
- Answer guest inquiries and offer helpful local recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist guests with transportation, dining options, and other requests
- Support daily front desk operations, reports, and checklists
- Perform night audit duties and data entry as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Comfortable using phone systems and hotel software
- Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated to provide excellent service
- Bi-lingual
