Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Assist servers with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables quickly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by performing regular cleaning duties such as wiping down surfaces and organizing utensils
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow and address guest needs
• Handle food handling responsibilities safely and in accordance with health regulations
• Support catering events or special functions by assisting with setup, serving, and cleanup as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during shifts
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
• Experience in bussing or serving in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Familiarity with hotel or food industry operations can be advantageous
• A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
