About the Role
Are you someone who loves variety and hates the "same old" Monday through Friday routine? Best Western Kokomo is looking for a dependable, adaptable Front Desk Float to join our team.
As a Float, you are the ultimate team player. You will be trained on all three shifts, allowing you to master every aspect of hotel operations. This is a full-time role designed for someone who enjoys a changing schedule and is comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Shift Requirements
Applicants must have open availability to work a rotating schedule including:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift (Night Audit): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Includes weekends and holidays as scheduled.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a Warm Welcome: Check guests in and out with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Be the Hub: Handle phone reservations, answer guest inquiries about Kokomo, and resolve any concerns.
- Manage Logistics: Process payments, balance shift reports, and maintain an organized front desk.
- Night Audit (3rd Shift): Perform end-of-day accounting tasks and ensure the security of the building overnight.
- Ensure Excellence: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are perfect.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
