Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism
- Keep all cleaning supplies organized and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
- Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for everyone
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles; janitorial experience is highly valued
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care procedures including carpet cleaning and commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with laundry processes and handling various cleaning supplies responsibly
- Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory roles
