We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and service-driven Night Auditor to join our hospitality family. As the overnight representative of the property, you ensure smooth operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience — even after hours. What You’ll Do — Living Our Core Values
Lead with a Hospitality Heart
- Greet and assist guests during late check-ins and early check-outs with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain a welcoming lobby and provide attentive overnight support for guest needs
Above & Beyond
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel financial transactions with precision and accountability
- Prepare revenue summaries, occupancy reports, and guest account adjustments
- Manage reservations and payments, responding quickly and efficiently to guest requests
Stronger Together
- Communicate with morning leadership and housekeeping on guest activity, special requests, and operational notes
- Support other departments when needed to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Serve as the eyes and ears of the property overnight, ensuring the team starts the next day set up for success

- Work independently and confidently during overnight hours
- Stay calm when handling unexpected issues and resolve challenges with professionalism and empathy
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and ready for the next shift
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality management preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable with financial reporting
- Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus
- Night audit experience is highly desirable but not required — we will train the right candidate
- Ability to work overnight with consistency and reliability
- Strong communication, guest service mindset, and professionalism
