Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, organization, and customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of surfaces.
- Sanitate all surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for residents or guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns.
- Carry out custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings as needed.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all individuals in the space.
- Need availablity Saturday / Sunday everyweek.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
- Familiarity with custodial duties such as floor care and sanitization practices is a plus.
