Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hotels, residential properties, and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to hospitality and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are clean and well-presented.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests.
- Carry out custodial duties commercial settings as needed.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all individuals in the space.
- Need availablity Saturday / Sunday everyweek.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with an emphasis on customer service.
- Experience in housekeeping management or industrial cleaning preferred.
- Proficient in floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
- Knowledge of custodial practices and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
