FRONT DESK AGENT
Best Western Edinburgh - Edinburgh, IN
HOURS:
*3rd shift 11pm-7am (16-24ish hours per week but could lead to full time if interested!)
*Must be available weekends and some holidays
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
*Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for guests while ensuring proper check in
*Verify and collect payments and ensure all procedures are followed
*Promote the Best Western Rewards loyalty program
*Answering multi-line telephones
*Laundry and cleaning duties
*Complete shift checklists
*Responding to customer complaints with professionalism
*Remain flexible with scheduling
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
*High school diploma or equivalent required.
*Previous customer service experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
