Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
- Replenish guest amenities, such as towels, linens, toiletries, and coffee supplies.
- Ensure all appliances and fixtures are in working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with fellow team members.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas as needed.
- Properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Report lost and found items to the housekeeping supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
