Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to be the face of our hotel and provide guests with a warm, welcoming experience. This role is essential in ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with reservations. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Must have weekend availability. Shift times include 7AM-3PM, 11AM-7PM, and 3PM-11PM
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and event space.
- Assist with event bookings and coordinate with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage payments and billing, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software or the ability to learn quickly.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
